2010 NZSHK Annual General Meeting & Kiwi Dinner

It’s that time of year again when we hold the Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Society of Hong Kong. The 2010 AGM, the 54th of the NZSHK, will be held at the Kowloon Cricket Club and for those wishing to stay on, there will be an optional ‘Kiwi Dinner’ at the KCC after the meeting.
The AGM itself will start at 7:00PM and it is expected that formalities will be finished by 8:00PM. Free drinks and snacks will be served at the AGM. Please note that a minimum of 15 paid-up 2010 members must be in attendance in order for the AGM to proceed so your support of this event is very important. Also note that only paid-up members of the NZSHK in 2010 will be able to speak and vote at the AGM.
The 'Kiwi Dinner' will start at 8:15PM and will feature a 3-course meal featuring a NZ mussel chowder, a choice of NZ beef or NZ lamb and a good old kiwi pavlova! A vegetarian meal is also available on request. The cost is just HK$300 for NZSHK members and HK$350 for non-members.

If you will not be attending the AGM, please RSVP via email. If you cannot attend the AGM but wish to help on the Committee in 2010-11, please let me know.
If you only wish to attend the AGM (but not the dinner) please RSVP by email advising the names of people attending.
