2010 NZSHK Annual Christmas Party
The New Zealand Society of Hong Kong's Annual Christmas Party will be held this year at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club in Causeway Bay on Sunday, 5th December 2010 from 12-3PM. This is a wonderful event at one of Hong Kong's most iconic venues. This is a special NZSHK subsidised event.
Come along and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink followed by a sumptuous lunch buffet. A range of vegetarian dishes will be provided. There will be a Grand Raffle with many wonderful prizes and profits from the raffle will be donated to the NZSHK's charity – HOPE for Children (www.hope-for-children.org).
There will also be plenty of fun and activities for the kids and I believe Santa might even make a special appearance. (Special Note for Parents – Please bring a gift-wrapped present marked with your child's name on it for Santa's sack and leave this at the event reception desk when you arrive.)

Where: Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Kellet Island, Causeway Bay
Cost: HK$300 for NZSHK members; HK$350 for non-members; HK$100 for children aged 3-11 years; free for children under 3 (Price includes a welcome drink and buffet lunch. Additional drinks may be purchased using a voucher system.)
Free car parking is available at the venue but spaces are limited. If you wish to bring your car, please indicate your car's license plate number when you pre-register your attendance.
RSVP: If you haven't already done so, please pre-register you places by return email (nzshk1@gmail.com) and advise the names and numbers attending by 22nd November. Due to the venue capacity, numbers will be limited so pre-registration is important. Walk-ins will not be allowed.
Payment Instructions: Please send you payment by 1st December by one of two methods:
(1) Payment By Cheque: Send cheques made payable to "New Zealand Society of Hong Kong" to GPO Box 8817, Hong Kong. Please write "Christmas Party" on the back of your cheque together with your name and NZSHK membership number.
(2) Payment By Direct Transfer via Internet or ATM: Transfer funds to NZSHK's HSBC bank account number 002-236354-001. Enter the words "Xmas Party" together with your name in the Reference Field of the transaction. Save or scan a copy of the deposit receipt and send it to this email address (nzshk1@gmail.com).
