2011 NZSHK Annual General Meeting & Kiwi Dinner

It's that time of year again when we hold the Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Society of Hong Kong. The 2011 AGM, the 55th of the Society, will be held on the evening of Thursday, 26th May 2011 at the Kowloon Cricket Club and for those wishing to stay on, there will be an optional 'Kiwi Dinner' after the meeting.
The AGM itself will start at 7:00PM and it is expected that formalities will be finished by 8:00PM. Free drinks and snacks will be served at the AGM.
Please note that a minimum of 10 paid-up 2011 members must be in attendance in order for the AGM to proceed so your support of this event is very important. Also note that only paid-up members of the NZSHK in 2011 will be able to speak and vote at the AGM.
The 'Kiwi Dinner' will start at 8:15PM and will feature a 3-course 'kiwi themed' meal. The cost is just HK$300 for NZSHK members and HK$350 for non-members.

The agenda for the AGM is attached. Minutes from the 2010 AGM and accounts for the year ending 31st December 2010 will be distributed to members in a separate email.
Call for Nominations for NZSHK Committee
The NZSHK Committee for 2011-12 will be elected at the AGM. A number of existing Committee members will be stepping down so we are looking for nominations to fill these vacancies. If you are interested in joining the Committee and helping to organise events and help manage the Society's affairs over the next 12 months, please let me know. Your support would be very much appreciated.

If you will not be attending the AGM and wish to send your apologies, please RSVP via email. If you cannot attend the AGM but wish to help on the Committee in 2011-12, please let me know.
If you only wish to attend the AGM (but not the dinner) please RSVP by email advising the names of people attending.
