Introduction

The New  Zealand Society of Hong Kong has been active since 1957 and aims to promote contacts between New Zealanders living in Hong Kong and those people interested in New Zealand.

Society Objectives

• To further encourage the interests of New Zealand and to promote and encourage fellowship among New Zealanders who reside in Hong Kong and Members of the Society.
• To promote and hold social and cultural activities such as the NZSHK Christmas Party, Waitangi Day event, an ANZAC Day service etc, either alone or jointly with other societies, clubs or persons, for the benefit of the members of the Society.
• To promote the observances of national occasions and entertainment of prominent New Zealanders or groups of New Zealanders who may be visiting Hong Kong.
• To carry out fund-raising activities and/or to donate the proceeds arising therefrom to such charitable organizations and for the benefit of the Society as may be proposed by the Committee.

The Buzz...

An electronic bulletin of events called The Buzz is published each month by the NZSHK which contains information about the Society's activities and other events in Hong Kong with a kiwi theme or flavour.

KonnectioNZ

KonnectioNZ (which is open to all New Zealanders living in Hong Kong and their guests) meets monthly, usually on the LAST FRIDAY of every month (check the Eventz section for any changes to the date).

Subscriptions

The annual subscription is available for both single ($400) and family membership ($500). Membership runs from the 1st January to 31st December.
